The staff was great. Every time I needed something, they were ready to provide their assistance. They are trying to make you feel special and are very friendly. Thanks to all members of the staff, however, I want to specially thank receptionist Yusuf Bicdirici and staff from the Fora restaurant: Nesrin Gencal, Mucahit Acbasrak and Sema Sarioglu. In addition, location and facilities are also great, personally, I liked the private beach of the hotel and swimming pools, cleanliness is great too. The food is very delicious, breakfast was very good and with variety of food, meals at the restaurant were great as well.

I really loved everything about this hotel especially Mr Teoaman who upgraded my room and I really appreciate that gesture of hospitality and Mümen at front desk and the breakfast was so delicious and offered lots of food and drinks and the staff were so friendly and welcoming indeed especially Sema and Duygu 🙏 they were so helpful that you feel at home ..the location is perfect facing the black sea .

Perfect location outside the centre for an overnight stay. But close enough for a very interesting 45 min walk into the city. We enjoyed the clean beach and pool areas as well as the comfy beds. The bathroom was a good size. The staff were helpful and there was room service for dinner.
